There is a program for everyone to enjoy at the JCCH! The continued success of the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i’s (JCCH) annual New Year’s ‘Ohana Festival and Kodomo no Hi: Keiki Fun Fest have helped to poise the JCCH as a community leader in providing cultural and entertaining events geared toward multi-generational families.
From genealogy and craft workshops to the Japanese American Social Issues Series in Hawai‘i (JASISH) series to book signings by respected scholars in Japanese and Japanese American Studies—the JCCH also continues to offer programming geared towards generating discussion and igniting thinking. Going forward, the JCCH remains committed to presenting programs that “honor our heritage, embrace our diversity, and share our future.”
